Frequently asked questions
We have gathered the most useful information about arrival, your stay, and the area around the guesthouse.
Do you have recommendations for places of interest?+
Yes, we have gathered favorite spots, beaches, and nearby recommendations in a Google Maps list. View the places of interest list
Which tavernas do you recommend in Aliki?+
Aliki is home to some of the best tavernas in Paros, and perhaps even in the Cyclades. We warmly recommend To Balkoni tou Aki and Mouragio. Try gouna, the local fish that is salted and grilled, cuttlefish ink at Mouragio, fried zucchini with tzatziki, and dakos, the classic Greek island salad.
What time are check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please contact us and we will do our best to help, depending on availability. We can usually confirm this closer to your arrival or departure date. In any case, you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception for as long as needed.
How can I get here from the port?+
From the port, you can reach us by KTEL bus, taxi, or private transfer through Welcome Pickups or another similar app. The KTEL bus stop is on the right as you leave the ferry. During the busiest months, taxis can be limited, so it is worth having an alternative option or arranging your transfer in advance.
How can I get here from the airport?+
From the airport, you can also come by taxi, private transfer, or KTEL bus. Traveling by KTEL from the airport may require a little more planning, so we recommend checking the schedule before your trip.
How close is the KTEL bus stop?+
The KTEL bus stop is approximately 50 meters from the guesthouse.
Are pets allowed?+
We accept domestic pets only, and always by prior arrangement. Pet owners are responsible for any material damage, and we kindly ask that quiet hours and shared spaces are respected.
Do you provide breakfast?+
We do not serve breakfast at the guesthouse. There is a bakery directly opposite with breakfast options, and the center of Aliki is about 50 meters away, with cafes and small shops. There is also a supermarket about 100 meters from the guesthouse.
What kitchen equipment do the rooms have?+
The rooms include stovetops and basic equipment for simple meal preparation, such as a stovetop espresso maker, Greek coffee pot, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, and bowls.
How can I ask additional questions?+
You can contact us via WhatsApp, email, or in person at reception. We will be happy to help with anything you need.
Is there parking near the guesthouse?+
Public parking is less than 300 meters from the guesthouse. You may stop briefly at the entrance to unload your luggage, but the vehicle will then need to be moved, as space in front of the guesthouse is limited. There is also a private parking area in the area named Perdikouli, but it is not connected with our business.
Which beaches are closest?+
Aliki beach is only 50-100 meters from the guesthouse. About 600 meters away, at the end of the pedestrian path, you will find Piso Aliki beach, while Agios Nikolaos beach is at a similar distance.
